8th ANNUAL WRITING POPULAR FICTION RETREAT AT

SETON HILL UNIVERSITY

JUNE 25, 26, 27 & 28, 2009

Join us for a weekend writer’s retreat. This is a working retreat with fellow writers. The schedule includes workshops on writing, editing and the art of the pitch. Presentation by guest speakers Bob Mecoy from Bob Mecoy Literary Agency on the art of the pitch; Diana Fox of Fox Literary Agency; and Joanna Stampfel of Nancy Coffey Literary & Media Representation. Pitch sessions available on Friday afternoon. Modules include topics on marketing your book, making 'em laugh, creating a writer's toolkit and lots more.
